Listing your children does not obligate you to enroll them in Sejong Academy.
Even if you filled out the survey last year, please list your children now. The survey did not ask in which year your child will enter kindergarten. We need this information to determine our starting class sizes.

For each of your children who may attend Sejong Academy, please tell us the year that your child will enter or has entered kindergarten. If you are not sure, then tell us their birthday. You may also fill in your child's name, but that is not required at this time.
Listing your children does not "lock in" their seats. If there are more students than seats, there will be an open lottery.
