For the 2019-2020 school year we will be sending school-wide “Family Newsletters” once per month. We will also be using Schoology, our online learning management system to communicate school-wide updates. Teachers will also use Schoology updates for field trip reminders, etc. (in addition to their monthly class newsletters).

You have the option to download the app onto your phone and/or receive text or email notifications via Schoology. If you do not want to download the app onto your phone, you may login through a web browser. This year, for updates, we will only be utilizing Schoology and our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/SejongAcademyMN/), which also loads to our homepage (www.sejongacademy.org). Families will be responsible for either setting up their Schoology notifications or checking our Facebook/website.
Unanticipated School Cancellation and Early Dismissal
On occasion during the winter months, weather conditions may necessitate cancelling a school day or ending school early. Sejong Academy is committed to keeping our community informed of weather-related school cancellations and early dismissals as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
Note: Due to logistical issues, in no case would Sejong Academy have a late-start.
When will we find out?
The decision to cancel school will be made & communicated by 7:00 a.m.
The decision to close early will be made & communicated by 10:30 a.m.
