Public Records Request
To make a public records request, please email info@sejongacademy.org with the following information:
your name, phone number and email address
the information you are requesting
whether you want to inspect the records in person at the school office OR receive hard copies (25 cents per page). If you choose hard copies, we require payment prior to making the copies, and you will have to pick up copies at the school or pay for postage.
note: If you are not the data subject, we will respond within a reasonable amount of time (may be up to one month or more depending on the school schedule). If you are the data subject, we will respond within ten school days.
